Last Thursday, the GBI and the Pataula Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of Connie Laverne McGinnis, AKA Connie Akridge, on Pirate Drive, in Colquitt.
The search warrant was the culmination of a two month investigation conducted by the Pataula DTF into the alleged distribution of Methamphetamine, also known by its street name “ICE,” by McGinnis.
McGinnis was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine/Distribution of Methamphetamine, and three others were also taken into custody.
