The annual Tree of Lights ceremony at Archbold Medical Center will be held tonight, although this year, there’s a new twist. If the rain holds off, the ceremony will be held outdoors at the new, live tree on the hospital’s front lawn.
Archbold is inviting the public to attend the tree lighting tonight at 6:00 p.m. There will be s’mores, hot chocolate, refreshments, holiday music and the arrival of Santa Claus! In the event of poor weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
The annual Tree of Lights ceremony benefits the Hospice of Southwest Georgia, with donations made in honor or memory of a loved one. For more information, you can visit the Archbold Medical Center Foundation’s website, here.
