A Blakely, Ga., woman died as the result of a one-car crash in Blakely on Thursday. Julie E. Smith died when her car crashed on Second Kolomoki Road.
Early County Coroner Todd Hunter pronounced Smith dead at the scene. The wreck happened around 2 p.m. on Thursday.
Investigators say Smith may have lost control of her car going around a curve. The investigation into the wreck continues.
Smith worked at Kolomoki State Park in Blakely. She was originally from Fort Oglethorpe in Georgia.
