City Manager Chris Hobby stated, “We are excited to have Brad join our team and bring his expertise to our efforts to control costs through better training and risk management. Brad will be devoting a substantial portion of his time and effort to identifying where efficiencies can be found by combining certain government services with Decatur County and other local government entities. We look forward to his contribution to the effort to reduce our costs and save taxpayers’ dollars.”
