AND TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT. A WEAK SURFACE LOW IS FORECAST TO
DEVELOP ALONG THE CENTRAL GULF COAST AND MOVE INTO THE FLORIDA
PANHANDLE LATE TODAY AND OVERNIGHT TONIGHT…FURTHER ENHANCING
CONVECTION AND THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAIN. WIDESPREAD RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED…BUT LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
IN EXCESS OF 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.
