Saturday, September 14th marks the 30th Anniversary of Fire Chief Doyle Welch’s employment with the Bainbridge Public Safety Department. Welch began his career with BPS in 1989 as an Officer, and was promoted to Assistant Fire Chief in 1993. In addition to his Public Safety responsibilities, he also was the owner of Welch Construction Company from 1996 until 2010.
