Georgia Forestry Commission Hosting Meeting for Landowners Impacted by Hurricane Michael

The Georgia Forestry Commission will be hosting a meeting for forest landowners who were impacted by Hurricane Michael this Tuesday evening, January 22, at Miller County High School. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in the cafeteria of the high school. GFC professionals will be discussing the two relief packages created through HB1 EX and HB4 EX in last fall’s special legislative session (to learn more about these packages, visithttp://gatrees.org/forest-management/storm-damage/index.cfm).
