Wednesday’s storms brought plenty of wind and some pockets of precipitation to our corner of southwest Georgia, but the rainfall totals were relatively low. Although certain areas may have seen significantly more than others, the officials rainfall totals for our area are as follows:
Decatur County Public Works: .73″
Marianna Airport: 1.31″
Albany Airport: .98″
Dothan Airport: .29″
Tallahassee Airport: .20″
The highest rainfall total for the week, including Monday’s storms, was in Marianna where the airport totaled 3.15″ over the two day span.
