Former Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Sentenced

Three former Decatur County deputies have been sentenced for their roles in an incident that occurred at Bainbridge Bikefest in 2012.

Wade Umbach was previously found guilty of tampering with a witness.  He was sentenced today to serve 15 months in prison and two years probation.

Christopher Kines was previously found guilty of tampering with a witness.  He was sentenced today to serve 15 months in prison and two years probation.

Elizabeth Croley was previously found guilty of violating the constitutional rights of Aaron Parrish, lying in a statement, and withholding evidence.  She was sentenced today to serve 18 months in prison and two years probation.
