THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTHERN
GEORGIA.

* THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

* RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. URBAN AREAS AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS NEAR
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY SEE SOME FLOODING.
