Mayor Reynolds talked with J & J co-host Kevin Dowdy about Decatur County commissioners’ proposed millage rate increase, as well as funding of the Memorial Hospital Authority and the new Recreation Authority that will begin operating in summer 2016. Mayor Reynolds also discussed the proposed closing of the Bainbridge Aquatic Center.
