The Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce celebrated the Grand Re-Opening of Bella’s Boutique with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to welcome new owner, Randee Eubanks.
The Ribbon Cutting was held Tuesday, February 24, at Bella’s, located at 303 E. Shotwell Street in Bainbridge.
