Bainbridge Rotary club ‘lights up’ historic downtown building

end_polio_bon_airThe Bainbridge Rotary Club lit up the historic Bon Air building on Tuesdy night, with a message in support of ending polio.

This year marks 30 years since Rotary launched its campaign to rid the world of polio.

Rotary International, along with its partners, has reduced polio cases by 99 percent worldwide since our first project to vaccinate children in the Philippines in 1979. We are close to eradicating polio, but the club still needs help.
