Art for Animals, a charity art event to benefit the Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society, will be held Saturday, Jan. 31, at the Firehouse Center and Harrell Art Gallery in downtown Bainbridge.
Artwork from regional artists will be on display, as patrons enjoy heavy hors’ de ouevres, drinks and live acoustic guitar. There will be a cash bar and a silent auction.
All proceeds from Art for Animals will go to help the Humane Society’s efforts to build a new, improved animal shelter. The proposed plans for the new shelter will be unveiled at the event.
The participating artists have agreed to share some of the proceeds of any artwork sold during the event with the Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society.
Tickets are $50 each and include two drink tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the following locations:
