‘An Evening with Miss Georgia Maggie Bridges’ will entertain her friends and supporters while raising money for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.

The event will be held Saturday, August 23, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Kirbo Regional Center on the campus of Bainbridge State College.

Attendees will get to preview Maggie’s Miss America talent and wardrobe as she prepares to represent Georgia in the Miss America pageant on Sept. 14, 2014.

There will also be games, prizes and fun, as well as hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

Prizes include:

  • A week-long stay at a condominium in Panama City Beach
  • A gold and sterling silver bracelet
  • A ‘Best of Bainbridge’ basket
  • A 5.2-gallon YETI Cooler

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITALS!

Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased from the Southwest Georgia Oil Company office (1711 E. Shotwell Street) by coming by Monday – Thursday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., or Fridays from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Tickets are also available at the Bainbridge/Decatur County Chamber of Commerce and Bainbridge City Hall.

Checks should be made payable to “CMNH” or Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. **Donations and ticket proceeds are tax deductible. **

Attire is “Dressy Casual.”

Chances for winning each of the prizes being given away that night will be sold for $5 per ticket. With each $5 “chance,” guests can try their luck at Corn Hole, the putting green, or a drawing from the Mason jar. If you successfully ring the bean bag in a game of Corn Hole – or if you successfully sink a putt, you get an extra chance to win the prize. If you are really bad at those games, your $5 donation still enters you to win once!

The “Best of Bainbridge” basket is a collection of gift cards from all over town and includes a few Visa gift cards that can be used anywhere. The bundle should total at least $1,000 worth of gift cards.

During the evening, Miss Georgia will model her Miss America wardrobe and will perform three songs, including her Miss America talent.

Hors d’oeuvres and bar are included in ticket price. Catering by Crave Catering.

There is a generous host committee who are covering the cost of the event so that all proceeds will go to CMNH.

Please support CMNH and Miss Georgia – together we can raise money for a great cause!
