Last day to early vote in general primary is Friday, May 16

419 people have cast ballots in early voting in Decatur County through Thursday morning, May 15, according to the Board of Elections. Voters were almost evenly split between Democratic and Republican parties, with 216 Democratic primary ballots cast and 202 Republican primary ballots cast. One non-partisan ballot was cast.

Atlanta – Secretary of State Brian Kemp wants to remind Georgians that early voting ends on Friday, May 16th for the May 20th Primary Election.

Early voting in Decatur County is taking place at the County Fairgrounds, Chamber 1 Building at 1211 Vada Road, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All county voting precincts will be open
from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The “My Voter Page” (MVP) app also provides Georgia voters with tools.  They can view their specific sample ballot, find their polling locations, check voter registration status and track the status of their absentee ballot. All of this information is available on mobile devices on Apple and Android platforms.  To find the app, search for “GA Votes” in the app store.
