WEATHER: Severe weather tomorrow?

The National Weather Service in Tallahassee is predicting between 1-2 inches of rain in southwest Georgia tomorrow, with some forecasts showing as much as 3-4 inches in certain areas.  The possibility of severe thunderstorms and tornadoes exists as well.  Here’s your detailed forecast:

Today
A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 83. South wind 5 to 15 mph.
Tonight
A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. South wind 5 to 10 mph.
Friday
Showers and thunderstorms. High near 77. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
Friday Night
Showers and thunderstorms. Low around 63. South southwest wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Saturday
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 2pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 73. Northwest wind around 10 mph.
