Longtime Bainbridge City Councilman Luther Conyers, who has served on the City Council since 1977, will be honored with a special ceremony at Tuesday evening’s council meeting. Conyers chose not to seek re-election and will retire from the City Council in December.
The Bainbridge City Council will meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 101 S. Broad St., with the following agenda:
- Recognition of Luther Conyers
- Mayoral appointment to Planning Commission
Bills: $3,608.83 from Dee’s Electric of Bainbridge, Ga., for service call to repair a sewer lift station.
