Bainbridge’s Anderson graduates from U.S. Military Academy

Second Lieutenant Adam Anderson, Bainbridge High School Class of 2011, graduated from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York this past weekend.

Holding the flag during the commissioning ceremony on May 23, 2015 is USMA Cadet Stephen Dunn, BHS Class of 2011, and Harvard University Senior Erick Juarez, BHS Class of 2010. Administering the Oath of Office is Colonel Gary Breedlove, former Air Force Junior ROTC instructor at Bainbridge High School. Breedlove taught all three young men at Bainbridge High School.

Anderson was one of 995 cadets who graduated from the U.S. Military Academy on May 22 and received commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army.

Each of the cadets walked across the stage and received their diplomas from Brigadier General John Thomson, III, Commandant, U.S. Corps of Cadets.
