The Pataula Drug Task Force published press releases late Friday afternoon detailing the arrests of two Southwest Georgia drug dealers.
The first press release details an arrest stemming from alleged sale of methamphetamine from a Colquitt residence. From the release:
Colquitt, GA – On Monday, July 25, 2016, SPECIAL AGENT BLAKE DILLARD of the Pataula Drug Task Force arrested FRANK SIGLEY. SIGLEY was charged with one (1) count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, (1) count possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance (prescription medication).
AGENT DILLARD conducted an investigation into methamphetamine being sold from the residence located at 231 Grow Street, Colquitt, GA. AGENT DILLARD obtained probable cause and a search warrant was obtained and executed. During the search, suspected methamphetamine, suspected marijuana, and suspected prescription medication was located within the residence.
SIGLEY was arrested and taken to the Miller County Jail without incident. This investigation is ongoing and will be turned over to the District Attorney’s Office when completed.
The second press release details an arrest involving alleged sale of crack cocaine and marijuana from a camper trailer on residential property in Colquitt. From the release:
Colquitt, GA – On Friday, July 29, 2016, SPECIAL AGENT ERICA CRUSE of the Pataula Drug Task Force arrested CHADDRICK ONEAL BAKER. BAKER was charged with one (1) count of sale of crack cocaine, (1) count sale of marijuana, (1) one count possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, (1) one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
AGENT CRUSE conducted an investigation into crack cocaine and marijuana being sold from a camper trailer on the property at the residence located at 801 Martin Luther King Jr., Colquitt, GA. AGENT CRUSE obtained probable cause and a search warrant was obtained and executed. During the search, suspected crack cocaine, and marijuana was located.
BAKER was arrested and taken to the Miller County Jail without incident. This investigation is ongoing and will be turned over to the District Attorney’s Office when completed.
