On Friday morning, representatives from the City of Bainbridge and Decatur County gathered together at Fire Station 2 located on Spring Creek Road in West Bainbridge. This event highlighted cooperation and collaboration between the two local governments as Decatur County Fire and Rescue places a truck into service alongside the one currently in use by Bainbridge Public Safety. This joint effort will allow greater coverage and response time in not only West Bainbridge, but all of Decatur County.
