BPS: Two Early County Men Arrested in Bainbridge for Drug Trafficking

TWO EARLY COUNTY MEN ARRESTED FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING

On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 28th, Bainbridge Public Safety Investigator Chris Jordan received information regarding a drug deal involving two males who would be traveling from Blakely, though Bainbridge, to Cairo to purchase a large quantity of methamphetamine.
Investigator Jordan placed his vehicle along the route the men would be taking and shortly thereafter, he saw the vehicle pass by, headed in an eastbound direction. About an hour later, the vehicle re-entered the Bainbridge city limits and waiting officers performed a traffic stop.
A search was performed on the vehicle and officers located several ounces of methamphetamine, digital scales, and a glass pipe commonly used to inhale illegal narcotics.
Donald “Blake” Russell Shellhouse, 27, of Arlington and Joshua Michael Amos, 28, of Blakely were arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamines (Felony).
