New Vision Holds Ribbon Cutting, Announces In-Patient Recovery Services

New Vision at Memorial Hospital and Manor held their grand opening and ribbon cutting this past Thursday, May 16.  New Vision is a service within Memorial Hospital and Manor that accepts appropriate adults, 18 years of age and older, who are currently using or are experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms from certain drugs.

The in-patient program is typically a 3-5 day stay for medical stabilization for alcohol and/or substance abuse.  Patients are regular patients of the hospital and have a private room and bathroom during their visit.  The program accepts commercial insurances as well as medicare and medicaid.
