Action GM Awarded 2017 Mark of Excellence

Action GM of Bainbridge was recently awarded the 2017 Mark of Excellence award for excellence in overall sales and service satisfaction.  This award is given based on customer satisfaction surveys after interactions and transactions with the dealership.

Although Action GM has won the award for multiple years, each year’s recognition is a major accomplishment, primarily because the surveys are completed by individual customers throughout individual years.  So a prior year’s success has no bearing on the current year’s placement.

General Manager Randy Downing announced the award to Action’s staff at a celebration lunch and thanked each of them for their contributions.  “It takes all of us to earn this award.  From service to the body shop, sales and the office”, said Downing, “It’s all a team effort”.

General Motors’ Mark of Excellence award is based on customer satisfaction and superior sales volume and symbolizes the highest level of success for a General Motors dealership.
