A damaged semi truck slowed traffic in Cairo Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred in the east bound lane of highway 84 near the driveway of the Valero Fuel Station. Multiple emergency units were on the scene including the Cairo Fire and Police Departments.
The fuel tank of the truck appeared to be punctured and leaking into the street as emergency personnel worked to secure the scene and spill.
