Flint River Fair is Coming Soon!

The all new Flint River Fair is set to make its debut this month at the Earl May Boat Basin in Bainbridge.

Opening October 25 and running through October 29, this year’s fair will feature a new name, location and fair company, as the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce decided to move the fair to the Boat Basin for more visibility.  Chamber President Adrienne Harrison was recently on the Jesus and Jammin’ Morning Show promoting the fair and revealed some exciting details about the new midway.  This year’s fall festival and fair will be presented by Jules and Beck Combined Shows from Columbus, Georgia.  They’ve been in the amusement industry for over 40 years and pride themselves with having the cleanest and best maintained midway in the business. They will have 18 rides ranging from the Ferris Wheel, Merry Go Round, Tilt A Whirl, Circus Train, Bumper Cars, Roll O Planes, to water rides and many other rides geared toward smaller children as well.

“We’re just excited to see the Flint River Fair at the Earl May Boat Basin this year.  I can’t wait to see those lights from the bypass and enjoy the fall fair by the beautiful Flint River”.  — Adrienne Harrison, Chamber President
