In a Facebook post Thursday afternoon, Representative Sanford Bishop’s office announced a photography contest that will see several lucky winners’ work recognized in a big way!
The post read:
Attention #Photographers! The GA-02 #PhotoContest is back! Submit your favorite high quality#photos taken in Middle and Southwest #Georgia to be posted above as the banner! To submit, please send the photo, your name, and where the photo was taken to: SanfordBishopPhotos@gmail.com.
Submitted photos of Middle and Southwest Georgia will be posted and Facebook voting will start on Monday, July 11. Submissions will be accepted and posted up to end of voting on Wednesday, July 20. The top three photos earning the most Facebook ‘likes’ by the close of voting will be used as Congressman Bishop’s banner photo over the course of the next year (12 months total, 4 months each). Full photo credit will be given to each submission.
