The start of the school day on Wednesday, February 24th, for Pelham City Schools will be delayed until 10am according to Pelham City Schools Superintendent Floyd Fort. The National Weather Service is calling for severe thunderstorms & wind gusts up to 60 mph overnight Tuesday and into the morning hours of Wednesday.
Pelham City Schools include Pelham Elementary School, Pelham Middle School & Pelham High School.
Administrators are asked to arrive to their normal morning post at 8:45am & teachers at 9:20am. Student drop off will begin at 9:20am as well with the school day beginning at 10am.
