24/7 Sports is reporting that Bainbridge High School sophomore sensation Dameon Pierce has received a scholarship offer to play football at Florida State University. According to reports, FSU is the second Division 1 school to offer Pierce.

Pierce set Bainbridge High School season records for yards and touchdowns this past season and garnered all state and all American honors this off season. The Bearcats finished the 2015 season 13-1 and reached the semifinals, before falling to eventual state champion, Cartersville.
We spoke with BHS Football coach Jeff Littleton who said, “This is well deserved for Dameon and just the start for many more to come, I’m sure. It’s also great because it’s bringing some attention to the community and our football program.”
