ALBANY, GA (WALB) –
Police say they have arrested one man, pulled in a large haul of illegal drugs, and are looking for another man, after a raid at the Super 8 Motel Friday night.

Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit agents say they busted a drug dealing operation that was working out of the window of a Northwest Albany motel.

Agents arrested 19-year-old Franklin Lawson Friday night, and seized from inside the room more than a pound of marijuana, ecstasy, and oxycodone pills, worth about $13,000 on the street.

“There was a hole in the window, where potential patrons or customers could approach this window from the bottom floor and purchase any type of drug that you needed,” said ADDU Commander Major Prurince Dice.
