There will be FREE watermelon, FREE entertainment and FREE fireworks on Thursday, July 2 when the Early County Chamber of Commerce and Piggly Wiggly in Blakely, Ga., present the 2015 Fireworks Show at Ray Knight Sportsplex on Chancey Mill Rd. The Sportsplex gates will open at 5 p.m.
Local musicians Wil(l) Squared, who play pop/rock favorites on acoustic guitars, will perform a concert at 6 p.m. There’s also a one-pitch softball tournament going on that same night at the Sportsplex, so there will be plenty to see and do for the whole family!
The fireworks show will begin at 9:15 p.m. The Chamber of Commerce also thanks Bank of Early and First State Bank for their support.
