Fresh From the Farm grant recipients Amanda, Calhie Jane, and Kevin Rentz of Southern Fresh Market in Bainbridge, accept their check and reusable grocery bags from Paxton Poitevint, Chief Relationship Manager at Southwest Georgia Farm Credit. Fresh From the Farm is a program that awards mini-grants to local producers and U-pick operations, promoting access to fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables. Southern Fresh Market will be opening soon at 1310 Dothan Road in West Bainbridge.
