WILL HOLD A SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
TO DISCUSS LITIGATION
TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 2015
AT 10:00 A.M.
IN THE GRAND JURY ROOM
AT THE DECATUR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
The meeting is an executive session and will be closed to the public. Decatur County Commissioners, the Bainbridge mayor and City Council will be present.
County officials said the meeting is closed with the intent of allowing for more frank discussion and negotiation on the 9 service delivy issues identified by the City of Bainbridge.
The mediation was ordered by the Decatur County Superior Court In response to a civil action filed by the City of Bainbridge. State law spells out a mediation process in cases involving a disagreement between local governments in service delivery issues.
