$10,000 reward offered in arson fires

Arson-FlyerA reward up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons responsible for recent fires that occurred in Bainbridge last week.

Three unoccupied homes, one of which was a total loss, were the target of arsonists on January 1 and 2. The homes, all adjoining, are located at 1011 East Water Street, 1007 East Water Street, and 1015 East Broughton Street.

Anyone with information about who may have contributed to these fires is asked to call the Georgia Arson Control Hotline at 1-800-282-5804 or Bainbridge Public Safety at 229-248-2038.
