Our long time neighbor Mrs. Turner and her daughter Terry are finally able to smile because of some much-needed help from our local community. Seeing the need for home repairs of which Mrs. Turner could not afford or physically make happen, several men from different community groups came together to lend a helping hand.
Between repairing wood rot, installing a new screen door, ceiling fan, adding rose bushes and pine straw and screening in the carport ,we made what would have never otherwise happened, a reality. There is still a monetary need of $2,100 to complete additional projects including exterior house paint, AC/heating system repair and tree service for the front yard.
Thank you so much to all our laborers, Home Depot, Parker Paint, Coopers Heating and Air, Stones, Junior’s Pest Control and other individual financial donors for fulfilling scripture!
