At approximately 4:30 PM on Thursday, Caliah VonKeith Burns turned himself in to Bainbridge Public Safety. Burns has been taken to the Decatur County Jail and is charged with the felony murder in connection with the shooting of Ricardo James on Friday, March 6. Burns is scheduled to appear before the Decatur County Magistrate Judge on Friday, March 13.
