Suspect Wanted in Theft of $2000 from Convenience Store:

On Friday, June 21st, Bainbridge Public Safety Officer Rob Green was dispatched to the Bainbridge Food Mart next to Yesterday’s Diner on Shotwell Street  in reference to a theft.  Officer Green was told by the store owner that a box containing $2,000 in cash was taken from a desk located in the office.  The suspect was caught on video entering the office, taking the box, and leaving through the back door.  He was wearing khaki shorts, a white shirt, and a yellow reflective vest.  Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Investigator Chris Jordan at 248-2038, email at cjordan@bainbridgecity.com, or leave an anonymous tip at:  http://www.bainbridgecity.com/city_hall/departments/police_department/submit_a_crime_tip
