- ALBANY, GA (WALB) – About 11:00 Thursday night, an armed robber struck at the Wynnsong Cinemas at 2823 Nottingham Way.
- MARIETTA, GA (VALDOSTA TODAY) – The trial of a Georgia man accused of intentionally leaving his toddler son in a hot SUV to die will begin in Glynn County on September 12.
- VALDOSTA, GA (VALDOSTA TODAY) – A concerned neighbor thwarted a burglary in progress Wednesday morning, and police have arrested four suspects.
- THOMASVILLE (CNHI) — Complaints about a Coolidge used-car dealer that began in March resulted in the Wednesday arrest of the dealer and ongoing state and local investigations.
- EUFAULA, AL (WTVM) – Shots were fired at the Eufaula Police Department Complex on the 500 block of E Barbour St. Thursday evening around 9.
