On Friday morning, Bainbridge Public Safety investigators Larry Funderburke, Mark Esquivel, Chris Jordan, and Chip Nix obtained information that Bobby B. Stubbs III was in possession of illegal drugs at New Era Detail located at 1237 E. Shotwell Street.
Around 11 a.m. Friday, the officers obtained a search warrant and found 30-40 packs of the synthetic marijuana called “Spice” (or “K2”). Bobby Stubbs III was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance (felony).
