The FLW Rayovac bass fishing series winds up its season at Lake Seminole this weekend, and several Southwest Georgia anglers are in .
On top of battling for the $40,000 top prize for winning the event, anglers will also be competing to claim the Strike King Angler of the Year award and its $2,000 prize package, which includes deposits into the 2016 FLW Series.

3rd place – Lee Boutwell of Climax, Ga. – 20 pounds, 8 oz – 5 fish
6th place – Clint Brown of Bainbridge, Ga. – 18 lbs, 7 ounces – 5 fish
9th place – Nic Jeter of Bainbridge, Ga., – 17 lbs, 4 oz – 5 fish
3rd Place – Greg Jeter of Bainbridge, Ga. – 15 pounds, 3 oz – 5 fish
Frank Jordan Jr., Michael Conley, Richard Predmore, Howard Poitevint, Clarence Bush and Matt Palmer are other Bainbridge anglers fishing in the tournament. There are also several anglers from Albany, Ga., and Leesburg, Ga., as well as Fitzgerald, Ga., Valdosta, Ga., and Chipley, Fla.
There’s even one angler from Tuscon, Arizona, and another from Cape Town, South Africa! Altogether, 181 pros and 181 co-anglers, or 362 total fishermen competing in this Lake Seminole fishing tournament hosted by the Bainbridge Convention and Visitors Bureau!
Several anglers said fish not really biting today. It was hot and water still low. A couple of people had trouble with stumps and hydrilla. The big bass on the co-angler side was 6 pounds, 8 ounces.
FLW Rayovac points co-leader Trevor Fitzgerald had three bass on the day, one of which weighed 6 pounds, three ounces.
