The 2015 Bainbridge River Town Days festival is here!
80s and 90s rock-and-roll band “Fly by Radio” will kick the festivities off Friday at 6 p.m. with a free concert in the Earle May Boat Basin in Bainbridge.
Also on Friday night, the BBQ teams competing in the Flames on the Flint (a BBQ cookoff sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society) will begin firing up their smokers and vintage cars will be on display.
Saturday entertainment will include “Midnight Rain” and Brandon Vann on stage starting at 1 p.m.
New attractions this year include a blacksmith and knife making exhibition by local artisan Bob Stott, a 5K River Town Run, a kid’s bicycle race, and the Lake Seminole Open Bass tournament. There will also be plenty of kid’s activities, arts and crafts vendors, and food vendors.
