Pamela Burch of Bainbridge is a breast cancer survivor from 9 1/2 years ago. She has recently had a recurrence of breast cancer in her spine and tailbone, along with fighting Crohn’s disease and a fistula. Mrs. Burch has had to make many trips to Emory Hospital in Atlanta, and to Archbold Hospital in Thomasville for various cancer treatments, doctor visits and treatments and surgeries.
Friends and family of Mrs. Burch are holding some events to raise money to go towards her medical expenses. Her husband is Greg Burch, and they have a son, John, and daughter, Sarah.
The first is a raffle that will be held on Thursday, Feb. 26 (see raffle prizes below). It’s not to late to buy tickets: to buy a $10 raffle ticket–send a Facebook message to one of the following: Diane Powell, Jenna Powell Atkinson, Carol Josey Powell, Suzi Rush-Kraft, or Dana Cutchens Bryant.
The second fundraiser is a trail ride and silent auction (click picture for more details).

A BBQ supper will be held on March 7 at First United Methodist Church in Bainbridge from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
A yard sale will be held March 14 in the parking lot of Mane Tamer Beauty Salon on Scott Street, and donated items are needed.
