Kelly’s Creations, a new shop offering gifts, home decor and more, opened Nov. 17 in a pink house located at 318 S. Lamar Street in Bainbridge.
The shop is owned and operated by Kelly Varnum, who decided to try a new challenge after 20 years as a homemaker and mother of four children. The store reflects the interests of VarnumĀ and her family: hunting and outdoors, fun items and snacks for kids, fan wear for the Bearcats and other teams, candles, jewelry and home decor.
The shop is attractively laid out in a recently-renovated home located behind Sherwin-Williams and across the street from the Bainbridge Hardee’s.
“Now that my children are older, I was ready to be out in the public,” said Varnum, who is eager to share her creative talents. “I saw the potential in this home and we’ve put a lot of work into fixing it up and painting it pretty.”
Kelly’s Creations will be open Monday through Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The store accepts credit and debit card payments in addition to cash.
