The Decatur County Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, June 24, at 7 p.m. in the meeting room of the County Administration Building, 203 W. Broughton St. Among other business, commissioners will consider final adoption of their Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget.
Commissioners held the second of two public hearings on the budget on Monday morning. County Administrator Gary Breedlove gave commissioners a document which showed the efforts that county officials had made to trim the county’s operating budget in previous years, in an attempt to avoid shortfalls.
