Updated 9:00 P.M. Car Crashes into Store in Bainbridge

Around 6:00 pm Tuesday afternoon a vehicle crashed into the store next to Yesterday’s Diner.   More details to come.

 

Bainbridge Public Safety Press Release:

Around 6:15pm, a domestic argument caused a vehicle headed south on Bruton Street to abruptly veer left into the front wall of the Inland Convenience Store on Shotwell Street. The vehicle broke through the outside wall, and came to rest on top of a propane gas tank rack. Public Safety quickly evacuated the area until they could ensure the tanks were not leaking. There were two occupants in the vehicle, a male and a female. The female was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
