Bainbridge Public Safety: Dollar, Deen, Miller Promoted

PRESS RELEASE

Chief Jerry Carter is pleased to announce the promotion of three Bainbridge Public Safety Officers. James Dollar has been promoted to Major (Patrol Division), Ryan Deen has been promoted to Captain, and Toby Miller has been promoted to Sergeant.

Major Dollar is a native of Bainbridge and a graduate of Bainbridge High School. He has a military background and 24 years in Law Enforcement. Dollar joined BPS in September 2002, and has three daughters. He enjoys golf, salt water fishing, and woodworking in his spare time.

Captain Ryan Deen is a graduate of Bainbridge High School. He graduated from college with a degree in Economics, and joined BPS in 2008. Deen is married and has two sons, and enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.

Sergeant Toby Miller moved to Bainbridge in 2007, and served as a Dispatcher for Georgia State Patrol before joining BPS in December of 2009. He is married and has two daughters, and enjoys spending time with his family.
