City of Bainbridge Honors Buddy Wimberly for 40 Years of Service

PRESS RELEASE

The City of Bainbridge recognized Buddy Wimberly today for 40 YEARS of employment.  Wimberly serves as the Public Works Director. He began at the Waste Water Treatment Plant and then later transferred to the Public Works Department. According to Public Services Director Steve Winburn, “Buddy has done every possible job in the Public Works Department, from driving trash trucks to street sweepers, and he is a great employee and a good friend!” Buddy was treated to an appreciation lunch by Winburn, Mayor Edward Reynolds, City Manager Chris Hobby, Assistant City Manager Roy Oliver, and HR Director Brad Ward.
