DanTony Swinson, 50, is scheduled to go on trial today for a double murder prosecutors say he committed in July of 2013.
The murder occurred in Donalsonville, but Swinson was arrested was arrested in Waycross, for the murders of Eliace Marie Smith, 49, and Heber Jettie Bennett, Jr., 64, both of Donalsonville.
Swinson faces two counts of murder, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Read More at WALB
