Recent Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Incident Reports

The following is a summary of recent incidents reported by the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office:

  • On Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 0555 hours, Deputy Adam Mobley responded to the 2200 block of Dothan Highway, in reference to a dog attack.
  • On Tuesday, February 24, 2015, Deputy Redell Walton was contacted at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office in reference to an Internet scam.
  • On Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 1645 hours, Sgt. Tim Williamson was located in the lobby of the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, in reference to a Theft by Taking.
  • On Sunday, February 22, 2015, at approximately 12:05 am, Inv. Roberts made contact with Georgia State Patrol Trooper Walt Landrum, who stated he had found 3 bags of suspected marijuana. Trooper Landrum requested Inv. Roberts to respond to the scene to collect the evidence and work the case.
  • On Sunday, February 22, 2015, at 0725 hours, Deputy Adam Mobley responded to the 2600 block of Thomasville Road in reference to a stolen vehicle.
  • On Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 1540 hours, Sgt. Tim Williamson spoke with a person in reference to Identity Theft.
  • On Wednesday, February 18, 2015, Deputy Vincent Edmond responded to Kelly Road, in reference to a burglary.
  • On Wednesday, February 18, 2015, E-911 dispatched a call, in reference to an entering auto in progress.
  • On Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 1420 hours, Deputy Adam Mobley responded to 875 Colquitt Highway, Mr. Pips, in reference to a counterfeit check.
  • On Friday, February 13, 2015, Deputy Vincent Edmond responded to Neal Street in reference to a theft.
  • On 02/15/2015, at 0911 hours, Deputy Presilla was dispatched to Crawford Rd. in reference to a stolen golf cart.
  • On 02/15/2015, at 1422 hours, Deputy Presilla was dispatched to a residence off Spring Creek Road in reference to a 17 year old male packaging oregano to sell as marijuana.
