Charles Rooks, President and CEO of Family Bank, announced the promotions of the following officers that were recently elected by the bank’s board of directors.

JOHN TAYLOR:
John W. Taylor was promoted to Senior Vice President. He began his banking career with Family Bank in 2004. He is currently the CFO for the bank. John attended Pelham High School and the University of Georgia. He graduated from the University’s Terry College of Business in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. He is also a 2008 graduate of the Georgia Banking School at UGA and a 2014 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
John lives in Pelham with his wife, Emily, and son, Jack. He currently serves in the Pelham Rotary Club, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pelham Housing Authority and is a member of the Pelham City Council.
AMY BOWLES:
Amy M. Bowles was promoted to Vice President. She began her banking career with Family Bank over 23 years ago. She has served in various positions including teller, Customer Service Representative, head bookkeeper, loan processor, consumer lending and, currently, financial reporting. Amy attended Ravenwood Academy.
Amy has been active in our community through the years being involved with the Pelham Wildlife Festival, Camilla Chamber of Commerce, Camilla Kiwanis Club and Mitchell County Relay for Life.
Amy is married to Robby Bowles and they have two children, Lindsey and Payne. She is an active member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
JESSICA ADAMS:
Jessica Adams was promoted to Banking Officer. She began her banking career at Family Bank in 2011 as a teller. Since then, she has served as the Head Bookkeeper and now as the Compliance Officer for all three locations. Jessica graduated from Pelham High School. In 2014, Jessica earned her Accredited ACH Professional designation and was also selected as a member of the Georgia Banker’s Association Compliance Committee.
Jessica currently serves as the President of the Pelham Chamber of Commerce and a committee member of the Mitchell County Relay for Life. She is married to Mark Adams and they attend First Baptist Church of Camilla.
JACLYN CLEMENTS:
Jaclyn W. Clements was promoted to Bank Officer in Deposit Operations. Jackie attended Westwood Schools and is a 2005 graduate of Darton College where she received her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She has six years of experience in the banking industry, four of which have been with Family Bank. During her four years, she has attended deposit and IRA courses to expand her knowledge within the Deposit Operations of the bank.
Jackie is married to Shawn Clements and they have three sons – Levi, Liam and Lex.
KASEY CONLEY:
Kasey Conley was promoted to Banking Officer in lending. Kasey attended Pelham High School and graduated from Thomas University in 2009 with a BA in Business Marketing. She started working at Charles White Insurance Agency in 2011 as an insurance agent working in both the Pelham and Camilla locations. She was offered a position in the loan department at Family Bank in 2012. Kasey worked in the position of loan processor for the Pelham and Camilla offices until she became a consumer lender in our Pelham office.
Kasey is a member of the Pelham Rotary Club and is serving on the Pelham Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors this year. She is currently serving on the Mitchell County Relay for Life Committee.
